Castaic Lake, California is located in the northern part of Los Angeles County, California. Carson
Carson is a city in Los Angeles County, California with a population of 92,000. The city itself is 13 miles south of downtown Los Angeles and around 14 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport. Warm summer mediterranean climates make up the city. In addition, Carson emphasizes the importance of health, higher education, and college planning in its community. The facilities available in the city are reflective of that. For instance, Carson has a sports complex called Stubhub Center which has a soccer specific stadium. There are two libraries in the city. The first is Carson Regional Library, and the second is Dr. Martin Luther King library. The city also has a major college called California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).
