Gardena is a city situated in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, California, United States. The city has a population of 59,000. Gardena has a vast Japanese population helping make the South Bay district of Los Angeles home to the biggest concentration of Japanese companies within the mainland United States. There is nearby access to everything considered a basic necessity such as hospital, social services, city services, within twenty minutes or less traveling time. The sense of safety in this city is high. Crime is very rare and when it does happen, the police catches the culprit quickly.
