Avalon, the southernmost city in Los Angeles County, is located on the Santa Catalina Island of the California Channel Islands. The population of the city is about 4,000. Avalon draws in around a million guests every year and is an often visited by cruise ships. The city of Avalon is arranged around Avalon Bay, with the harbor and shorelines forming the middle of the town’s activity. Many of the business organizations devoted to serving guests are situated along the Crescent Street pedestrian mall. Avalon is a resort group and has a fundamentally traveler based economy. Artesia is a city in southeast Los Angeles County, California. Artesia is one of Los Angeles County’s gateway cities with a population of 17,000. The city is encompassed on the west, south, and east sides by Cerritos with Norwalk towards the North. Indian restaurants and owned stores on Pioneer Boulevard are largely characteristic of the city.
